Only the subcorpus 'Parsed Corpus of Early English Correspondence (PCEEC)' has part-of-speech tagging and syntactic parsing.
The subcorpora CEECS and PCEEC are available through the Oxford Text Archive and ICAME. The manuals are also available on-line.
